Weiz & Co., founded by Esther Kroes-Weizman, brings together contemporary design and antique treasures, with a focus on objects that have character, texture and a strong sense of materiality.
We first met Esther in 2025, and in 2026 worked with her as part of the Treasure House Fair Media Ambassador Programme. We created a film in collaboration with Treasure House Fair and its hospitality partner, The Athenaeum Hotel, exploring Esther’s creative process, from selecting and researching objects to discovering pieces with a distinctive sense of character and purpose.
The film follows Esther as she prepares for and explores London, sharing her perspective on design, interiors and the relationship between contemporary and historic objects. Through her eye, the film captures the spirit of discovery at Treasure House Fair and her belief that the objects surrounding us can shape the spaces we inhabit — and ultimately, ourselves.

Esther is drawn to texture and to objects that feel chic, provocative, or quietly unusual. Objects rich in material and purpose, always functional yet never predictable. Her approach blends contemporary design with antique treasures, creating layered, personal spaces full of contrast.
In a city like London, inspiration is everywhere, you can move across cultures without ever leaving. For her, fairs are a playground for discovery. She feels this is especially true of Treasure House Fair, where museum-quality antiques meet a strong contemporary showing, creating that dialogue between cultures and eras.
